What is Brush Writing? People often think calligraphy is written only with special metal pens or quills. There is another calligraphy called “brush writing” in which we use pointed or flat brushes. It has played an early and important role in written communications in the west. Today the brush is a tremendously useful tool for calligraphers and graphic artists alike. It is widely used in the advertising and design industry for packages and logos. Its versatility, speed and also sense of immediacy are its main advantages.
